Who writes this

This site is written and edited by Ge Gao. Ge has led growth at leading AI startups and currently heads go-to-market at Readdy.ai. He studied at the University of Oxford, is based in Toronto, and spends most of his working day inside the AI tools reviewed here — including the Claude Code sessions that build and maintain this site. Claude Sonnet 5 is one of the most capable AI models available, but the model is only half the story: the tool you use it through determines how much value you actually get. We research, test and rank those tools so you don't have to.

How we rank

• Hands-on use wherever possible, plus aggregated user feedback. Where we haven't used a tool ourselves, we say so rather than pretend.
• Claude fit — how well the tool uses or complements Claude Sonnet 5.
• Value — features relative to price, with pricing checked against the vendor's own page.
• Independence — commissions never buy a higher ranking. See our affiliate disclosure.

How we work (and where AI fits)

We use AI heavily in our own workflow — it would be strange not to, on a site about AI tooling. This site's build scripts, tests and content pipeline are maintained with Claude Code running Sonnet 5, and drafts often start with Claude's help. Every page is then edited by a human, and every price, date, model name and benchmark claim is verified against the primary source before publishing. Guides carry an "Updated" date; when a page changes materially, that date changes with it.
